MADBOTS LIMITED, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry (the "Company", "we", "us") operates a portfolio of Telegram bots and digital subscription services accessible via the Telegram messenger platform and at madbots.dev.
1. Acceptance of terms
By starting a chat with any MadBots Telegram bot or by purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
A subscription grants you recurring access to premium features in the specified Telegram bot for the duration of the billing period you selected (weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- The renewal charge is taken in the same currency and at the same price you originally agreed, unless a price-change notice was sent at least 30 days in advance.
- You can cancel renewals at any time from within the bot's settings, from the relevant miniapp, or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation prevents future renewals, you keep access to Premium features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. Trials
Some plans include a free trial. Trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial; the first paid charge applies on the day the trial ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the services for personal or business purposes in compliance with applicable law and Telegram's own Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in spam, abuse, content piracy, scraping at unreasonable volume, or any activity that endangers the network or other users.
5. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider on our behalf. The provider is responsible for billing, sales-tax / VAT calculation and remittance (including EU VAT), receipts and chargeback handling. Card details are stored by the provider and never touch MadBots' servers.
6. Limitation of liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADBOTS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
