MADBOTS LIMITED, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry ("we"), collects only the data necessary to provide our services.

1. Data we collect

• Telegram user ID: required to associate a subscription with your account.
• Telegram username, first / last name and language code: provided by Telegram when you message the bot.
• Email address: only if provided at checkout. Used for receipts and refund correspondence.
• Bot interactions: the messages and files you send, processed only to deliver the requested feature.
• Payment metadata: order ID, plan, billing period, amount. Card details are stored exclusively by our payment provider.
• Aggregate analytics: anonymised counts of active users, chats, and feature usage.

2. How we use it

To deliver the bot feature you requested, to bill your subscription, to provide customer support, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing with third parties

• Payment provider: processes payments and stores card details under its PCI-DSS compliance scope. Receives only the data required for billing.
• Telegram: every message and file routed through their network. See Telegram privacy policy.
• Infrastructure providers: hosting, databases, CDN, under data-processing agreements.

4. Retention

We retain account and billing data for as long as your subscription is active, plus the period required by applicable accounting law (typically 7 years for invoices).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] with your Telegram user ID. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies only, no advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in any country where we, our payment provider or our infrastructure providers operate. Where data leaves your jurisdiction we rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data, etc.).
