Refund Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased from MADBOTS LIMITED across our Telegram-bot portfolio. Refunds are processed by our payment provider on our behalf.
1. Initial purchase
We offer refunds within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Email [email protected] with your order details and we'll forward the request to our payment provider for processing.
2. Renewals and cancellation
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future renewals, you keep access to Premium features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To cancel:
- open the bot's settings or the corresponding miniapp and toggle off auto-renewal, or
- email [email protected] with your order details.
3. Trials
Trials are free. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged.
4. Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The funds appear on the original payment method; the timing on your side depends on the issuing bank.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback patterns, or use that violates our Terms & Conditions.
